Reviewing work
Every video creators submit lands in Submissions, carrying the creator's note, usage-rights confirmation, a transcript when processing completes, and its full status history. Approve, request a revision, or reject each submission from a single queue:
- Approve — marks the work Ready to Promote. Once a paid platform is connected, the submission can open a Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok conversion campaign with the program's ad identity already attached.
- Request Revision — requires a revision note telling the creator exactly what needs to change. The creator resubmits from their portal, and revisions don't count against the program's submission limit.
- Reject — declines the submission. The creator can send new work if the program is still open.
Submission statuses
Submissions move through Awaiting Approval (in review), Revision Requested, Ready to Promote (approved), Live (running as an ad), and Rejected. Every status change is recorded with who made it and any note attached, so the history stays auditable for both sides.
Open a program's Submissions tab to review its work in the same table format used across the workspace.
