Fees & pricing

How fees work

Lucra has no subscription or seat fees. Brands fund the creator compensation and, for paid-ad programs, pay a flat percentage of verified ad spend on top.

Lucra platform fee2% of verified ad spend, added to the brand charge
Agency fee2% of verified ad spend when a partner sourced and manages the creator
Payout processingNone — Stripe transfer costs are covered by Lucra

Trust Score

Trust Scores are built from approval quality, delivery reliability, brand feedback, and content performance. A creator's score never changes Lucra's fee or the creator's compensation.

Referral & partner commissions

Lucra's self-serve referral model is creator-first, and partner commissions are tied to creators a partner sources or manages:

Brand-managed creators are not a referral payout to the brand. The brand funds creator compensation plus Lucra's paid-ad platform fee, and the creator is paid through Stripe. Non-partner brand workspaces can manage creators this way, but they do not get represented creator rosters, partner attribution, or agency payouts. Partner-managed creator fees are charged separately to the brand at 2% of verified ad spend — never deducted from creator compensation or Lucra's platform fee. Creator referral bonuses carry no platform fee of their own.

Partner workspace Finance methods charge the partner workspace; partner payout Connect accounts receive commissions. They are not interchangeable.

Paid campaign billing

For paid campaigns, the brand explicitly sets the creator's percentage of verified ad spend when creating the program. Campaigns inherit that exact creator share from their selected submissions. Lucra adds a fixed 2% of spend to the brand charge, and partner-managed creator work adds another 2%. For example, a 10% creator share becomes a 12% direct brand charge or 14% with an agency. These fees are added to the brand charge and are not deducted from creator earnings. As synced spend settles, Lucra bills the saved card for the applicable amounts. Media spend itself goes straight to Meta or TikTok, and optional caps limit creator compensation.
