Switching clients
A partner workspace can hold active links to many client brands at once, and every delegated action is scoped to exactly one client — work never bleeds between workspaces. Your client list shows each brand relationship and its state (invited, active, or ended). Pick a client to work in their context: review their submission queue, attach creators from your roster to their programs, and draft programs, products, or paid campaigns for their approval.
Your creator roster
Partners maintain their own roster of represented creators. Attaching a rostered creator to a client brand creates the brand–creator connection and credits you as the source — first touch wins, and a creator's existing direct connection with a brand always takes precedence.
Partner earnings
Partners get paid through their own Stripe Connect account when they source and manage creators for a client brand. The current agency fee is 2% of verified ad spend on partner-managed creator work. It is added to the brand charge, never deducted from creator earnings or Lucra's platform fee. Commissions accrue in the partner ledger and pay out in batches.
Non-partner brand workspaces can still invite and manage creators. That is the standard brand-managed creator flow, not partner-managed creator attribution, and it does not create a partner commission or partner payout.
Partner payouts and Finance are separate. Payouts is the partner Stripe Connect account where Lucra sends partner-managed creator commissions. Finance is the workspace payment method Lucra charges when that partner workspace pays for its own usage or a separate commercial arrangement.
When a partner switches into a managed client from the sidebar workspace picker, that context is for operational work. Managed-client access does not expose the client brand's Finance page by default; direct brand Owners/Admins manage brand billing.
Partners do not use the creator referral dialog, and client-owned ad spend does not automatically create a partner commission. If a partner is paid for media buying, UGC production, or agency services outside the creator marketplace, that is handled as a separate commercial agreement.
