Requesting a sample

Hit Request Sample, pick the product and the program it's for, and optionally add a note for the brand (up to 500 characters). Requests are only available for programs you have already joined. Your request shows as Awaiting Approval until the brand responds — then Sample Approved or Request Denied.

Getting samples

Approved samples arrive one of two ways:

• Access or discount code — the code appears on the sample card with a copy button; redeem it directly with the brand's store.
• Shopify shipment — the brand sends you a Shopify checkout link at no cost to you. Open it, enter your shipping details, and place the order through Shopify's checkout. The card shows the order status and, once the store adds it, the carrier and tracking number.
