Programs & briefs

Creating a program

A program is the unit of work you offer creators: the brief, the submission rules, and the pay terms. Create one from Programs → Launch Program.

Program → Brief → Submissions → Review → Promote

The builder separates the program decisions into focused steps:

  1. Product — optionally attach one or more products, apps, sites, or offers the program is built around.
  2. Basics and availability — name the program and choose visibility (Invite only limits access to selected creators; Open lets eligible creator-pool members apply).
  3. Submissions and uploads — set independent concurrent and total submission limits from 1–10, or choose No limit for either one, then choose direct files, connected social posts, or both. Revisions do not count as new submissions.
  4. Brief — write a welcome message creators see before submitting, and attach brief files (PDF or Word).
  5. Ad access — choose Brand identity ads or Creator partnership ads. Campaigns inherit this identity from every approved submission.
  6. Terms and review — confirm creator pay: an optional flat approved submission fee, plus paid usage pay as a percentage of synced ad spend with an optional creator payout cap. Organic programs instead pay a CPM or a fixed amount per post.

Program statuses

Programs move through Draft, Live, Paused, and Archived. From the actions menu you can edit, pause or launch, switch between invite-only and open, and archive.

Creator applications

On open programs creators apply; on invite-only programs you select them. Review applications from the program's Creators tab — approve to program, or reject. Application statuses are Applied, Approved, and Rejected.
