Products

The Products page holds everything creators might feature. Connect Shopify to sync your catalog (variants, prices, and SKUs come along), or Create Product manually with a name, image, type (website/app, physical product, or other), URL, and an optional access or discount code. Codes are stored encrypted. Products can be attached to program briefs so creators know exactly what they're promoting.

Sample fulfillment

Creators request samples from programs they've joined; requests arrive as Awaiting Approval and you approve or deny each one. Fulfill approved requests one of two ways:

• Access Code / Discount Code — share the product's saved code; the creator redeems it themselves. No shipment involved.
• Ship with Shopify — creates a Shopify checkout link for the chosen variant and quantity at no cost to the creator. The creator opens the link, confirms their shipping details, and places the order through Shopify's own checkout. Tracking appears on both sides once the store adds it.

Sample orders track through Access Code Ready, Checkout Pending, and Failed states, so anything that needs attention is visible at a glance.
