Payout timing

Payout states

  • Pending — the earning is recorded but the brand's payment is still reconciling
  • Held — payment has cleared; the earning is waiting out the standard payout hold
  • Available — cleared and eligible for the next Stripe payout batch
  • Paid — transferred to the creator's Stripe account

Timing details

The standard hold is 7 days from when the brand's payment settles, and held earnings are checked for release every hour — no one has to trigger it. Available earnings are paid as Stripe transfers in USD, batched rather than withdrawn manually, and there is no minimum payout amount.

If a transfer fails (for example, a payout account needs re-verification), the earnings return to Available automatically and are included in the next batch once the account is healthy. Disputed or refunded brand payments can void or reverse the linked earnings, which shows up in the ledger as a reversal.
