Integrations

Supported integrations

Meta, TikTok, and Shopify connect through a secure OAuth handoff; AppsFlyer connects with an API token. Lucra stores every provider token encrypted.

  • Meta Ads — connect a Business (owns pages, pixels, and ad accounts), an Ad Account (used for campaigns, ad sets, ads, and spend sync), and a Page (the identity used when publishing Meta ads).
  • TikTok Ads — connect an admin-managed Business Center and its Advertiser. A brand identity is optional; creator account access for Spark Ads is requested through the Business Center when a creator joins an eligible program.
  • AppsFlyer — paste an AppsFlyer API V2 token (generated by an AppsFlyer admin in HQ1 under Security center), then pick the apps Lucra should sync. Installs and in-app events pull hourly for the selected apps; raw report files are archived privately and the workspace stores normalized events and mapping status.
  • Shopify — install the Lucra app on your store to sync products and create sample orders.

AppsFlyer V1 supports fixed bounty settlement only. It does not support event-value share settlement, post-payout clawbacks, or automatic tracking-token launch plumbing. Repeat rules use AppsFlyer ID semantics, so "first per user" means first per AppsFlyer install instance.

Connection health

Connections show as Connected, Setup Needed (connected but missing account context — finish the setup dialog), Expired, or Error. Reconnect from the same row when a token expires.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting Meta or TikTok stops new ad publishing and spend sync for that platform — active paid campaigns must be paused or archived first. Disconnecting Shopify stops product sync and sample order creation until the store is reconnected.
