Pricing
Your account is on a plan, shown in Settings → Billing with its fees and any subscription. You fund creator pay and buy media through your own ad accounts.

Paying
Save a card in Finance and usage is billed as it settles. You can also add credit by bank debit or card. A plan with a subscription bills that card each month or year, with invoices in Settings → Billing.
Ledger
Finance lists every charge, creator payment, and refund, with its status.
