Every program shows what it pays before you join. You earn as your work is approved or performs, and the money lands in your Stripe balance.
How you earn
A program pays per approved video, a share of ad spend, or per organic post (by its views). You get the full amount shown, retainers included; Lucra's fee is charged to the brand.
When you get paid
You're paid as soon as the brand's payment goes through. Each earning moves through three statuses:

| Available | On its way to your Stripe balance |
| Paid | In your Stripe balance |
Earnings reach your balance once your identity is verified; until then they keep adding up.
Withdraw
Your balance stays in Lucra until you withdraw it. Withdraw anytime from Finance, with no minimum. Standard withdrawals are free; instant withdrawals cost 1.5% (at least 50¢).
